Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts within the designated region.
- Coordinate company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to fulfil partner performance objectives and expectations.
- Achieve specified targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
- Proactively lead a collaborative partner planning process to establish mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
- Continuously assess, clarify, and validate partner needs to ensure alignment with company offerings.
- Facilitate sales through partner organizations to end users, collaborating closely with partner sales resources.
- Manage potential channel conflicts with other company sales channels through effective internal and external communication and adherence to channel engagement guidelines.
- Drive solution development efforts to address end-user needs, coordinating involvement of company and partner personnel as needed.
- Ensure partner compliance with partner agreements and drive adoption of company programs among assigned partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 3-7 years of experience in cloud computing and enterprise digitalization technology sales. Out of which minimum 2-year local regional experience mandatory.
- Results-driven with a strong desire to succeed and a proactive, self-starting attitude.
- Team player with a ‘customer-first’ mentality, leveraging relationships to achieveoutcomes.
